Employee Discount Policy

As a token of appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our team, we are pleased to offer a 30% employee discount on eligible items. This policy outlines the rules, conditions and expectations surrounding the use of the employee discount.

 

Eligibility

  • The discount is available to all current employees of the company in good standing.

  • Discounts are applied through the employee’s account only.

     

Discount Details

  • Employees receive 30% off the regular retail price of eligible items.

  • Items excluded from customer discounts are also excluded from employee discounts. This includes promotional, clearance, and restricted items.

     

Personal Use Only

  • The discount is for personal use only and may not be used for purchases on behalf of friends, family, or customers.

  • Reselling discounted items is strictly prohibited.

    • Why? The employee discount is a benefit intended to support your personal needs and reward your service to the company. Reselling discounted merchandise undermines this purpose, creates unfair competition with our business, and may violate vendor agreements and pricing policies.

Account Usage

  • All discounted purchases must be made through the employee's registered account.

  • All items purchased using the employee discount must be removed from the employee account upon purchase.

     

Violations

Any abuse of the discount, including unauthorized use or resale of discounted items, may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Confidentiality

Details of the employee discount program should not be shared with non-employees. This benefit is an internal company policy and not intended for public disclosure.

Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased using the employee discount are subject to the company’s standard return and exchange policy. Refunds will be processed at the discounted purchase price.
