What is the nutrients flowing through the company arteries? The answer is " Inventory " If there are inventory on the counter/ Check them in! without products on the shelf how can we support our customers!
Reminder if inventory is not in Lightspeed digital system, products can't be ordered on our delivery site.

Physically seeing, facing, organizing your departments will give you nuance and understand what item are low or need attention. A responsible department lead should do this once a day minimum.

In our modern technological world our company believe in utilizing software to help be our assistance. Being able to physically and digitally use the proper tools will help you see a panoramic view of the moving parts in your department.

Stock your home and organize your back-stock
This is our favorite step before we counting inventory, because it gives us deep awareness snap shot of our department and where things really are so we can count efficiently without having to redo work and waste time, because that's not efficient.

To maintain a clean, organized inventory location. Putting inventory back where they belong will help your team members find inventory when they need it.

Closing Procedure

Clean, clear, counter tops and spray down keyboards and touched items with alcohol

Log out of your all your browser's account.

Close your registers / drop anything in the drop bin

Put all office supplies away in proper location, Such as scissors, pens staplers scissors etc.

Wash your own dishes and wipe down the areas you ate on.

Close up the shop 30 minutes prior to closing time, (example trash, sweep, go backs clear counters)

Complete delivery orders

check WIW see who's working and group text delivery according to those days work shift

Set Alarm for Meal Break & 10 Minute Beaks
Your 30 min meal breaks are mandatory and must be taken 5 hours and 1 Min after you clock in work schedule. Your 10 breaks are to be taken 3 hours after your clock in
